RSBSD ASSESSMENT INFORMATION
Prior to joining us at Rock Steady Boxing San Diego an assessment is needed for proper evaluation and placement. Please allow at least 60 min for your scheduled assessment to be completed.
What to wear during you assessment: Comfortable clothing and closed toe shoes.
What to expect: Lots of questions, I want to know your story. This is a great time to share any relevant medical information. You will also be guided through a short series of very light exercise related movements to help determine your current level of fitness and stage of PD.
Is there a fee ? : Yes, there is a one time $30 assessment fee.
